THE RA|METHOD™

Resonant Alignment for Teachers, Leaders & Practitioners

Learn With Me

The RA|Method™ (Resonant Alignment Method) bridges nervous-system science, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed leadership.

Rooted in both physics and psychology, it offers a framework for teaching, leading, and living from the nervous system out.

What Resonant Alignment Means

In physics, resonance occurs when two systems vibrate at compatible frequencies, creating amplified energy through alignment.

In human systems, resonance describes coherence: the state where communication, connection, and creativity flow more naturally because our nervous systems are attuned.

When resonance and alignment meet, we access what the RA|Method™ calls embodied integrity.

The Three Pillars

Resonance

Sensing and attuning to what is real — within ourselves, others, and the environment.

Regulation

Cultivating the nervous-system stability that allows flexibility, presence, and clarity.

Relational Integrity

Leading and communicating with empathy, honesty, and boundaries.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does RA|Method™ stand for?
RA|Method stands for Resonant Alignment Method. It reflects the idea that when our internal systems are more aligned, we tend to move, relate, and lead with more clarity and steadiness. It is less about achieving a state and more about learning how to return to it.
Is the RA|Method™ a type of yoga?
Not exactly. It draws from yoga therapy, but it is not limited to any single practice. It brings together elements of nervous system awareness, somatic work, and relational understanding. It is the approach behind how I teach and facilitate, whether that is in a class, a conversation, or a learning space.
Who is the RA|Method™ for?
It is for people who are already engaged in their work in a meaningful way and want to go deeper. Many are yoga teachers, movement practitioners, or facilitators, but not exclusively. It tends to resonate with those who are less interested in performance and more interested in how they are actually showing up, both for themselves and for others.
Do I need to be a yoga teacher to benefit from this work?
No. While some come from a yoga or movement background, the work itself is broader. It often draws in people who are in roles that involve holding space, supporting others, or navigating complex human dynamics. The principles are applicable anywhere there is relationship and responsibility.
How is this different from a standard yoga teacher training?
Most teacher trainings focus on what to teach and how to structure it. This work looks more closely at what is happening underneath that. It explores how the nervous system shapes perception and behaviour, and how that influences the way we lead, communicate, and create safety. It is less about refining technique and more about developing awareness of how you are within the experience.
What does this actually look like in practice?
It often looks simple on the surface. Slowing down. Noticing small shifts. Staying with something a little longer than you normally would. Over time, those small changes tend to shift how you respond, how you relate, and how you lead.
How did the RA|Method™ come together?
It was not something I set out to create in a formal way. It developed over time through my own practice, teaching, and work with people. I started noticing patterns in how the body responds, how people override those signals, and how much of what we call growth happens outside of awareness. Over time, the threads began to connect. My background in yoga therapy, movement, and counselling psychology all began to point in the same direction. The RA|Method is simply a way of working with that more directly.
