What prerequisites do I need?
There are no strict prerequisites. A completed 200-hour YTT is helpful but not required. What matters more is your willingness to engage with nervous-system literacy, self-inquiry, and reflective practice.
Are trainings online, in person, or both?
It depends on the program. Teaching from the Heart is fully online. RA|Method™ Foundations is in person in the Halifax area. Beyond the Pose™ is in development and will include both formats.
What certification do I receive?
All programs contribute toward the RA|Method™ Teacher Pathway, a 75-hour certification in trauma-informed, resonance-based teaching.
How do the three trainings relate?
Think of them as layers. Teaching from the Heart helps you find your voice. Beyond the Pose™ equips you with trauma-informed skills. Foundations weaves it all together.
